CDBS provides eligible children $1026.00 for dental services over 2 years.
Covered services include examinations, x-rays, cleaning, sealants, fillings, root canals, and extractions.
Orthodontic, cosmetic dental work, and hospital services are not covered.
Eligibility requires Family Tax Benefit Part A or relevant Australian Government Payment.

Offer cannot be used with any other Government scheme and is not substitutable or redeemable for cash.
No gap is payable when services covered by Medicare Child Dental Benefits Schedule are bulk billed for treatments provided to eligible patients.

The offer runs for a limited time and is subject to the availability of appointments.
The dentist reserves the right to decide if any of the offer inclusions are required as part of the treatment. The price will remain the same. If the patient has medical conditions that restrain them from providing any services, the fee of $199 adults and $125 for children under 12 years old applies.
When claiming through a health fund the total price of the package will be claimed, if the fund pays less than $199 a gap payment will be charged, when the health fund pays over $199 the amount will be considered full payment. The same conditions apply to children under 12 years old. Children over 12 years old are charged as adults.
